Dan
Modeen
Dan
Modeen has twenty years
in weather information technology,
sales and home construction. Prior
to starting Trust Master and developing
its associated eHomeManage
web-based technology, Dan was Director
of Sales and Business Development
for Software Solutions & Environmental
Services (SSESCO). At SSESCO he identified
and cultivated new markets, as well
as developed a business plan to execute
the successful launch of a new weather
related decision support subscription
service.
Prior to SSESCO,
Dan enjoyed eleven years at DTN /
KAVOURAS, a company which provides
meteorological technology such as
weather radar systems, weather graphics
display solutions and specialized
database products for multiple markets.
As Senior Sales Engineer, Dan had
a lead role in new product role-outs
as well as in establishing long-term
relationships with new and existing
clients.
Dan has a BS in
Economics (Computer Science emphasis)
from the University of Minnesota where
he also minored in Statistics. He
is a native Minnesotan who makes fitness
a lifestyle priority and spends much
of his free time with his wife, son
and twin girls.

Michael
Salentine
Mike Salentine has
twenty-two years
of experience with upper-echelon home
construction and commercial construction
in addition to his technical and engineering
background. His project management
experience makes him a key member
of Trust Master’s property management
and maintenance team.
Mike’s most
recent role prior to joining Trust
Master was as the Manufacturing Engineering
Manager for Advantek, Inc. Advantek
is a leader in the semi conductor
packaging industry that works with
companies such as Intel, Motorola,
and Micron and is a major supplier
of high-end consumables like moisture
and static shielding bags. Michael’s
background includes engineering projects
involving tooling design and development
of detailed engineering Project Plans
that fully integrated all domestic
and Asian disciplines for new facility
startups valued at between $1.5 and
$2.5 million.
Prior to his work
with Advantek, Mike worked for Gustafson
Inc. where he managed and designed
quality control in-line sampling equipment,
and was employed at Donaldson Inc.,
as a Machine Designer.
Michael has
a BS in Mechanical Engineering from
Bemidji State University (Bemidji,
MN). He is a native Minnesotan who
enjoys traveling with his wife and
three children and manages to find
time for hockey, softball, golf, snowmobiling
and fishing.

Bob
Wuornos
Bob Wuornos brings over twenty years of real estate experience to Trust Master and an entrepreneurial spirit that is grounded in sound business and planning experience. As a real estate consultant, Bob has been involved in a variety of real estate activities including planning, management and sales for both public and private clients. He has served municipalities with preparation of Comprehensive Land Use Plans and Growth Management Plans; assisted communities with zoning and sub-division reviews of development projects; and prepared Retail Market Studies for potential retail developments. He has also worked with private clients to perform residential site analysis & design for projects as large as 210 acres; Location Analysis & Site Selection for businesses; and Feasibility Studies/Market Studies for a variety of private ventures.
Prior to establishing
his own consulting firm, Bob served
as the Director of Planning for Van
Doren-Hazard-Stallings (VHS) an architecture
engineering planning firm headquartered
in Topeka, Kansas. His primary responsibilities
for VHS included providing planning
support services for highway and bridge
projects where he prepared Environmental
Impact Statements and Historic Assessments
(4f) in conformance with Federal regulations.
He also prepared a comprehensive Social
& Environmental Inventory as part
of a Water Resource Study for the
Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area in
conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers.
Bob’s formal education includes a Ph.D. in Urban & Regional Planning from Michigan State University where his studies focused on Urban Planning, Economics and Transportation/Distribution. Prior to earning his PH.D., Bob received an MA in Urban Studies and a BA in Geography (Biology Minor) from Minnesota State University-Mankato (formerly Mankato State). Bob also holds a Real Estate License in the State of Minnesota and has taught planning design courses at Michigan State University for 5 years. He also created & taught “Introduction to Residential Land Development”, a Real Estate Continuing Education course for Prosource/Kaplan Professional Education Service. He is a native Minnesotan who enjoys sharing his avocation for Men’s Gymnastics with his wife and two children.
