How do you determine the price for your Home Management services?

All owner-occupied and vacancy home management services are priced per bid according to the itemized Service Fee Schedule that corresponds to each clients specific Scope of Work.

How do you determine the price for your Home Services?

Repair: Trust Master does not offer repair services outside eHomeManage Profile. All eHomeManage Profile clients benefit from the following discount programs:

• Preferred Provider Network (PPN) – by ordering home services through the eHomeManage PPN, clients receive preferred provider service discounts.
• Service As A Group – by ordering home services as a group through the eHomeManage PPN, clients receive preferred provider service group discounts.
• Service Note Center – by ordering home products & services through the eHomeManage Profile “Discount” Service Note Center, clients receive redemption discounts.

Improvement: All home improvement services are provided through the eHomeManage PPN and include a preferred provider discount guarantee. Clients can deal directly with eHomeManage PPN members or have Trust Master manage their home improvement projects at cost plus 15%.

Inspection: Our preventive home inspections are priced on a sliding-scale fee structure and adjust according to frequency.

Maintenance: Ongoing property maintenance (i.e. lawn care and snow removal) services are provided through our eHomeManage PPN and include a preferred provider discount guarantee. eHomeManage Profile users can choose to deal directly with eHomeManage PPN members or have Trust Master manage their property maintenance at cost plus 15%. Trust Master Seasonally Scheduled home maintenance is priced per bid proposal according to exterior and interior home maintenance requirements while Trust Master Clean & Green home maintenance is priced on a sliding-scale and adjusts according to volume/frequency. All eHomeManage Profile users receive a 15% discount on seasonally scheduled and clean & green maintenance services.

How much does eHomeManage Profile cost?

The following price structure to perform both the initial in-home profile and eHomeManage profiler database entry is based on a sliding-scale fee structure and adjust according to the square footage size of the home. An annual fee for ongoing account management and server maintenance applies.

In addition, all eHomeManage Profile services are provided through the Trust Master eHomeManage PPN (Preferred Provider Network). Our preferred providers perform their services at a discount and follow service guidelines in exchange for PPN entry to include no advertising or sales expenses. An inventory of aligned local preferred service providers is made available through each clients tailored Home Profile and can be accessed through our secure eHomeManage client login portal.

Trust Master is a licensed general contractor (#20506673) that protects your investment by carrying general liability insurance ($2,000,000 limit) and is service bonded.

No, at this time Trust Master services are only available throughout the seven county metro are of Minneapolis / St. Paul, Minnesota.

How is Trust Master different from other property management companies?

We do not provide financial, administrative, accounting, legal or rental/lease management services as part of our single source home management offering. Our core competencies are aligned with the physical and structural aspects of property management. This allows us to act as a turnkey provider of ongoing inspection / maintenance and/or incidental repair / improvement services directly to homeowners and/or businesses.

How do your vacancy home management services differ from other property management services?

Our vacancy home management services are designed specifically for those who choose not to sell or rent out their primary or home country residence while either on vacation or long term employment assignment. Should homeowner, employee and/or company agree to keep the home vacant, a Trust Master professional will inspect the home on a regular basis in addition to being the single source facilitator of all home services. In addition, our Web-based home management portal eHomeManage Profile help homeowners stay connected to their home while their away.

Do you remodel or build homes?

No, our core competencies revolve around efficiently and cost-effectively managing home services though we do offer project management services to our clients who would rather not manage their remodeling projects. We made the conscious decision not to remodel or build homes so we could focus on providing best-in-class possible service for clients.

Do you offer handyman services?

We do not offer handyman services outside our eHomeManage Profile service. eHomeManage Profile users receive handyman services at a discounted rate of $85.00 per (one man) hour plus materials with no trip charges or minimum services charges. All handyman work is scheduled in advance through our advance scheduling calendar.
