Housing Industry

We brought Trust Master in as our sub-contractor and they did excellent work. What had happened was that a homeowner’s refrigerator ice maker broke, and the water ran continuously while the homeowner was gone. Water ran into the kitchen, down through the floor, into the basement ceiling and into the basement – which was a totally finished basement. We got a call because the homeowner’s basement carpet was wet, but they didn’t know what the problem was. We found the problem, lifted the carpet, dried the walls, the ceiling, and the floor and did other structural drying with our construction dehumidifiers and special equipment. The inside then needed some restoration work so that’s when we called Trust Master. Dan Modeen then put in the new drywalls and molding, painted to match and had it back to looking the way that it did originally.

Dan was very cooperative and my customer really liked him. And let me tell you, they were very picky customers! He pulled it off and was polite. I found Dan to be very trustworthy. He came through and did exactly what he promised to do. Absolutely we would work with Trust Master again.
