I fancy myself a pretty good "handyman",
I began tearing into the waterlogged
and deteriorating siding on the chimney
of my home in anticipation of repairing
the problem myself. It soon became
painfully obvious that the job was
too much for my skills. Trust Master
assessed the job, gave a reasonable
bid that included documented pictures
of the problem, and performed the
work on schedule. The repair work
was top-notch. Trust Master even provided
a detailed
record of the repair process that
included pictures. From initial contact
to job completion, Trust Master employees

Interior
Water Damage Restoration
Due
to a lack of heat in the room combined
with the breakdown of window insulating
properties, excessive amounts of moisture/
frost formed on the window during
extreme cold periods and then melted
during warmed up. Water would puddle
and get trapped in the window sill
causing wet rot at the bottom of the
window which would then leak down
the wall causing mold growth. Water
would also seep and get trapped throughout
the wall cavity surrounding the window
resulting in extensive
water damage to insulation, interior
drywall and exterior sheathing from
the inside out.
I was pleased
to have this project done in a way
that is not only very thorough, but
also is a beautiful restoration. Having
this done right was very important
and I don’t think I would have
been able to sell my home were it
not for the quality job that was done,
and documented. I would highly recommend
Trust Master to anyone who needs damage
restoration work done on there home.

Exterior
Water Damage Restoration
The
homeowner had chimney box damage caused
by excessive water overflow from the
gutter into the chimney box. A lack
of water intrusion prevention including
proper gutter flashing, resulted in
extensive water damage to the exterior
siding, interior drywall, sheathing
and structural lumber. Trust Master
removed all water damaged materials
including mold invested drywall and
insulation, dry rot exterior sheathing,
corner boards and siding. Trust Master
installed appropriate flashing and
incorporated water
damage prevention techniques including
Tyvek house wrap on the chimney box
exterior.

Rubber Roof Replacement
A
lack of roof pitch combined with screw
holes in rubber portion of roof from
faulty gutter installation caused
water
damage to roof sheathing and fiberboard.
Trust Master rebuilt the damaged portion
of the roof with 1/2” green
treated decking, water resistant high
density fiberboard, GRACE ultra ice
and water shield, 60 mil rubber membrane
and 4” drip edging with P &
L flashing. Trust Master also reinstalled
the gutters on outside fascia to prevent
penetration through rubber portion
of roof.

Rubber Roof Replacement
I
had a bad leak in my roof, which went
undiscovered for a very long time.
Trust Master made a rather extensive
roof repair and I have had no
problems since then. On another occasion,
they restored a door that had a crack
in it and it looked so nice we didn’t
have to buy a new door. They worked

Storm

and sent her the pictures you gave

Dan
Modeen came by in advance of meeting
to take measurements and prepare proposals
for all of the repairs
needed from storm damage.
He followed up with professional e-mails.
The crew completed the work with attention
to the smallest details. The new siding,
roof and all the new windows look
great! Dan provides great communication
and customer service. He has an excellent
relationship with his workers/sub-contractors.
