Occupied Homes

Occupied homes may require a more short term solution or limited services. When homeowners are too busy or too inexperienced to maintain and manage their homes, they depend on Trust Master for a complete range of affordable home services. The result is a flexible and customized property management solution that’s handled seamlessly, from a single-trusted source with single-point accountability.

As a further service to our clients, Trust Master has created eHomeManage. This Web-based home management portal features a secure Home Profile database of essential home inventories and aligned preferred services providers to help busy or traveling homeowners manage the many home services required throughout the lifecycle of homeownership. And our free eHomeManage online tracking tools including inspection reporting, maintenance recording, service notes center and maintenance messaging help our customers stay connected to their home.

Vacant Homes

Expatriates, transferees, snowbirds, and multi-home owners are guaranteed peace of mind knowing that their vacant properties are well maintained, “vandalism-free” and in “welcome-home” condition when they return. Trust Master offers a Vacancy Home Management (VHM) program specifically designed for those who choose not to sell or rent out their primary or home country residence. Should the owner, employee and/or company decide to keep their home vacant a Trust Master professional will inspect their home on a regular basis and manage the facilitation of all home services.

We also assume the responsibility of responding to problem calls from our VHM client’s home security company. Since we are first on the central monitoring stations emergency contact list, alarm calls to include abnormal changes in temperature (HVAC failure) or abnormal readings from other sensors including moisture / humidity sensors are always handles in a timely fashion.

And since we maintain a complete Home Profile database containing all essential home inventories for our VHM clients, all problems are dealt with swiftly and cost effectively. Unless it is an emergency, we always submit an itemized cost estimate before proceeding with any repairs. In the event a repair is necessary, we email our VHM clients a detailed service closeout notification and update their Home Profile service notes center through which our VHM clients can access online via our secure eHomeManage portal.
