Trust Master offers Vacancy Home Management (VHM) services specifically designed for those who choose not to sell or rent out their primary home or home country residence. Should the owner, employee and/or company decide to keep their home vacant; an experienced Trust Master home manager will inspect their home on a regular basis and manage the facilitation of all home services.

We can also assume the responsibility of responding to problem calls from our VHM client’s home security company. Since we are first on the central monitoring stations emergency contact list, alarm calls including abnormal changes in temperature from HVAC failure or evidence of moisture from sensors are always handles in a timely fashion.

And since we maintain a complete eHomeManage Home Profile containing all essential home inventories and local preferred providers for our VHM clients, all problems are dealt with swiftly and cost-effectively. Unless it is an emergency, we always submit an itemized cost estimate before proceeding with any repairs. In the event a repair is necessary, we email our VHM clients a personalized Maintenance Messaging email notification and update their eHomeManage Note Center through which our VHM clients can access online through our secure eHomeManage login.
